He mutates the delivery of training material from what the instructional designer wrote.

He mutates the training away from the objectives.

He mutates away from the needs of the organization.

He replaces the original intent with fluffy games, koosh balls and mindless activities.

He thinks smelly markers and thrown candy will disguise the mutation.

Evil Mutant Lizard. You give training a bad name.

And just remember, Evil Mutant Lizard can be a he or a she.

You keep one eye closed so you can’t see the clock
And one eye open to the inside of your mind
You drone on and on
Words fill up the place and run out of your nose
I wonder what you are saying, One Eyed Booger Face
You lost me a long time ago
And I am late to pick up my kids
Open your eyes and get to know who you are talking to
Look us in the eyes
And you will stop running over
