		<description>Yes, multiplek personality types in the same room is a huge challenge.  The learning style is just one part of the overall indivdual personality and behavior.  Trainers and facilitators have to be amazing professionals, who are alert and constantly adapt to the audience to create the highest level of value for learners.  Thanks for your input!</description>
